Terms of Service

Provide references (Not required but makes the commission 100x easier to visualise & create what you want)
Please write in a clean and specific manner.
Any ill behavior will not be accepted and your commission will be canceled.
I reserve the right to refuse to take on any commission, for whatever reason.
Colour palette may not match your character reference directly due to lighting/shading involved in the artwork. If this is an issue please discuss before commissioning

All commissions must be paid:
-in full, up front
Payments are made via PayPal/Ko-fi

⛧PROCESS⛧

The time for a commission to be completed can take up to 1 month depending on factors such as; my health, complexity, the order size, etc.
However, most commissions will be completed MUCH sooner.
If the commission is NOT completed within 1 month, you will be refunded.
(Exception: You will not be refunded if you keep requesting changes/prolong your response times etc to delay the artwork past the deadline to try and get an artwork for free.)

I will do what I can to make my customers happy.
I'm able to make changes throughout the process when wips are provided however changes to the commission after the sketch has been approved may cost an extra fee.

⛧COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY⛧
⨯
The artist holds every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
Therefore I am allowed to;
- Post it wherever I wish to
- Display it anywhere to my liking
- Promote myself with it in any place or site
The commissioners are allowed to;
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless discussed otherwise
- Print the art, and claim the right of their character/s but not the drawing itself
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
The following is considered Copyright infringement (and therefore NOT allowed):
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially:
(Meaning making money off of it in any way)
- Altering the artwork without my, the artists, consent
- Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork
- Removing any watermark/signatures
Credit is ALWAYS required for usage of the artwork, even if rights are purchased, or the art is edited.

⛧CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY⛧
⨯
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
After recieving payment I will NOT refund any money unless I am physically unable to finish due to unforeseen incidents.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
You will be forbidden to ever commission me again.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want for others to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all rights to the money you gave me.

What You Receive:
The winner receives PNG files in high quality, without watermarks and a version with a transparent background.Payments:
Payment must be made via PayPal.ALL bids made through YCH Commishes WILL be converted from USD to GBP amount when sent via invoice so PLEASE remember when bidding it will be paid for in GBP amount and not USD.Payment must be made within 48 hours after the end of the auction.
No refunds.

★ Use the character for personal use
★ Give to adopt a name, a personality, you can change clothes, change gender.
★ You can use it for a story, an avatar, a signature, an rp story etc.
★ IMPORTANT: You can resell the adoptable for THE SAME PRICE you bought it, no more,
★ You can trade or gift the adoptable you bought or received for free via a raffle / gift from me.

YOU CAN NOT:★ You can't claim the art or the original design as your own.
★ You can't claim a refund , buy the adopt only if you want it , if you don't want it anymore you can resell it by yourself
★ You can't Resell an adopt that you won in a raffle or in a "offer to adopt" if you didn't spend money, as well you can not resell a design you obtained for art, for trade or for a gift
★ You can't resell a character you gain from me for free ( like a gift ) or in a raffle. Free designs are not for resell, never.
★ If you receive a character as a gift or via a raffle, the character can only be giftable or traded, you cannot resell, this rules is applied even if you spent money to commission, gift, included all the commissions you receive, it's only available for gift / trade.
